One such event was when we were confronted in France with the possibility to close down the Professional Services business due to lack of profitability. Bruno and I worked together on a strategy to grow the business through acquisition. Proposals were developed and presented to Senior EMEA Management at SSA Global. Following the acquisition of SSA Global by Infor, these proposals were I understand braodly taken on board and as a result acquisitions of French Services companies were made and the business today is much bigger and healthier.
